One of our favorite places in town to grab a beer or seltzer! Less than 5 minutes from our house, so you could even walk. I love their seltzers on tap in the summer - the Lemon Ginger Basil is my go-to!

Best place in town for sushi! This place can get busy, so I suggest calling the day before for a reservation. Saketome is can be a little on the pricier side, but is my hands-down favorite place to eat in town.

This is an awesome place to pop in and grab a sandwich to go. There is no indoor seating, so I suggest grabbing some lunch and enjoying your sandwich on the river. They also have an awesome wine selection. The Beach Boy is my favorite sandwich.

Holland Lake is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking or sunbathing. There is a trail that leads up to a beautiful waterfall that sits on the backside of the lake. The hike is around 4 miles long. Highly recommended.

1947 Holland Lake Lodge RdHolland Lake is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking or sunbathing. There is a trail that leads up to a beautiful waterfall that sits on the backside of the lake. The hike is around 4 miles long. Highly recommended.
Lake Como is a great place to spend the day! There is an awesome beach to lay out, swim and kayak. There is also an 8 mile long trail that wraps around the lake. Located in Darby, MT which is about an hour from Missoula.

Saint Mary's Peak Trail has some of the best views around! Located about an hour from Missoula, MT. The trail is less than 6 miles round trip but can be tough! I'd recommend getting this trail in before the heat of the day sets in.

Great place to visit in the evening and see some local wildlife! About an hour from Missoula. I recommend visiting in the evenings once everything starts to cool down. Great opportunity to view elk, bison, pheasants, deer, antelope and maybe even some bear!

A to-do hike while in town visiting. A quick 800 feet climb brings you to a giant M that can be seen by the surrounding town. Great views and if you want, you can keep climbing to summit Mount Sentinel.

Barmeyer trail is a great little hike in town. It’s about 3 miles round-trip and had a great overlook of the valley.
