Chef Walter Manzke is always thinking up something creative and delicious while sticking to his tried and true customer favorites. The baguette, pan drippings and butter are a must to start off. The kanpachi crudo changes with the seasons (sun, sun and sun!) and is always light and refreshing, the little gem salad is simple yet complex and very delicious. A splurge but worth it is the dover sole a la meunire. Don't forget the wine!
