There are plenty of hiking trails in the area. Be sure to check out town preserves as well for easier options. The hikes featured here are well known trails, mostly moderate hikes with nice views. If you're willing to go even further search for Tumbledown Mountain in Byron, Table Rock or Old Speck in Grafton Notch State Park, Evans Notch in the White Mountain National Forest, Maiden's Cliff in Camden, or Cliff Trail in Harpswell.
