It's totally overpriced and the food is dull.
Much better option is the restaurant directly on the street with the panoramic terrace. Great for drinks and views!

Lovely church up the hill.
45 min. drive.
Nice old town as well.
Lovely little mountain village with water reservoir next to it.
On the way back you could visit Altea's old town.
