Somerset is a bit more commercialized. You'll find your big box stores and franchised restaurants here. Exit 110 of the PA turnpike and only 10-15 minutes to our home.

If you aren't familiar with the phone app Alltrails I highly recommend it. You'll find plenty of information for hiking in the area. The app even offers a great filter feature to find the trail thats right for you. Hope this helps!

This trail is great for hiking and running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 hr 30 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking and running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
