I ran this world-famous skydiving center for 23 years. One of the greatest experiences of my life. You don;t have to jump, you can just go and watch. Especially busy during the winter months and holidays. Skydive City does some 70,000 skydives each year and has visitors from dozens of countries every year.

The City of pure water, Zephyrhills is quickly growing into the remote burbs of Tampa. 45 minutes to Tampa Airport and an hour to Orlando and the theme parks. Great restaurants in the area, and the usual shopping. traffic not too bad and a nice community
