To avoid 30A traffic use Hwy 395 to Hwy 98 then head east or west. Turn west from Hwy 395 onto Canal Street. Dogwood is the 2nd left. Home is after the right curve, on right side.
Walk and Stroll. 5 min walk to Seaside and Beach Access.

Groceries-Provisions
Order you groceries and provisions before arrival. Publix has a Delivery and Pickup App using Instacart with several location options:
- Publix at Watercolor Crossing is close,
- Publix at South Walton on US Hwy 98 is larger and just west of the intersection of Hwy 98 and Hwy 331.
- Publix in Freeport. You will pass by it if you are arriving via Hwy 331; it will be less crowded than the stores nearer to the beach.
Walmart has a Supercenter on Hwy 98 further west of the Santa Rosa Beach Publix. Place your pickup order several days in advance timed to your arrival.

From Hwy 98 turn south on County Hwy 395. for 2.7 miles. Right on Canal St. (sign on left for Suzanne Dr is more visible). 2nd left is Dogwood St. follow curve to right. 251 Dogwood St. is on right.

TV’s & Remotes (2 remote types).
Roku remote (smaller) will turn on TV, adjust volume (on side underneath), and navigate between input options. TV Input should be HDMI 3 or Cable.
Mediacom remote (larger) will allow you to navigate the cable channel selections. Use the Guide button to shift between channels. Most HD channels are 800+ channels. The channel list is displayed in an acrylic holder near TV in Living area.

Beach Access at Dogwood & Thyme
BEACH ACCESS
You have several options. The closest is to head south on Dogwood 2 blocks to Hwy 30A. Left of 30A and you will see the Dogwood/Thyme Beach Public Access 2560 E Scenic Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The Hickory Public Beach Access is about 1 block east. Use wagon in shed.

RED High Hazard - High surf and/or strong currents. Knee deep maximum.
YELLOW Medium Hazard - Moderate surf and/or currents.
GREEN Low Hazard - Calm conditions, exercise caution.
PURPLE Dangerous Marine Life.
DUNES & SEA OATS. Please do not walk on dunes or pick sea oats.
GLASS. Not allowed on the beach.
TENTS. No tents larger than 10’ X 10’.
PERMITS. Pets, vehicles, fires, weddings, and events require a county permit.
Please fill any holes you dig. Unfilled holes are obstacles for nesting sea turtles (May 1st to Oct 31st) and others.
