the house is very centrally located with a protected wildlife view from the entire front of the property. three blocks away is a shopping center which has a post office a little brewery and the family Dollar store. a few blocks away is a community swimming pool which is also in walking distance. about eight blocks away is the ferry terminal with an excellent restaurant and about 10 blocks away is the beach Bay with a great sidewalk for walking your dog or taking a stroll. the neighborhood is quiet when walking the backstreet Rose Hill parkway all the way to the Bay and to the pool.

Best seafood in the area hands Down, call ahead early as there is always a long wait in the busy season. yes it is takeout but well worth it they even have picnic tables outside to eat your food.
