There is also the Venetian castle of the village. The climb requires about 30 minutes of walking. Right in front of the houses, restaurants and cafes is the beach of the village, which is not organized. It requires about 30 km from Argostoli, 17 km from Fiskardo and 12 km from the beach of Myrtos (route is Dazzling)

Assos is a small seaside village in the northwestern part of the island. It is famous for its beauty, its colorful houses and alleys as well as for its geomorphological shape from above. There is also the Venetian castle of the village. The climb requires about 30 minutes of walking. Right in front of the houses, restaurants and cafes is the beach of the village, which is not organized. It requires about 30 km from Argostoli, 17 km from Fiskardo and 12 km from the beach of Myrtos (route is Dazzling)
Fiskardo is a seaside village in Northern Kefalonia. It is famous for its alleys, colorful houses and picturesque port. The port of Fiskardo connects Kefalonia with Ithaca and Lefkada. In this village, the traditional Kefalonian mansions are preserved to this day, as the earthquake of 1953 (the largest on the island) did not cause major damage as in the rest of the island.
