12 miles to cabin. Great hiking or snowshoeing. It's a moderate hike with around 20 minutes of harder incline. To hike or snowshoe to the lake it takes about 40-60 minutes. You can then hike around the flat lake about 1 mile and head back down the way you came. Great place for a quick swim in the summer.
It can get pretty busy here in the summer and on weekends so an earlier start is usually better.

You can then hike around the flat lake about 1 mile and head back down the way you came. Great place for a quick swim in the summer.
It can get pretty busy here in the summer and on weekends so an earlier start is usually better.
