Only a 6min drive from your host, The Blue Water Bistro, winner of an AHANT Gold Plate award, is a Darwin favourite. Ask a Darwin local why they prefer the Blue Water Bistro and they might tell you it’s because the seafood is always fresh and sourced locally. They might say that the price is right and the service always friendly. Possibly sitting on the shore of Fannie Bay won them over. Families love the pool and playground for the kids to entertain themselves in as the older ones enjoy a second drink. It could be the convenience of the Bistro staying open all day long. Their Seaside Dining Menu is designed to take full advantage of local fresh produce where possible. Complimenting their location, it features an array of fresh local and Australian Seafoods and an array of fresh light options. Their Bistro is lead by Head Chef Fursang Sherpa who has carefully crafted the menu options. They pride ourselves on providing quality meals at an affordable price with the best vantage point for Darwin’s spectacular sunsets.
