It's our go-to place in Bellevue.
Driving a few extra miles to the Hailey location in the historic Mint building provides the same great food and prices in a nicer venue.

Established in 1996, Shorty's serves classic American breakfasts and lunches in a beautiful retro, 50s-themed setting. The building and restaurant were formerly owned by Bruce Willis. All the food is excellent with the exception of their chicken fried steak.

The WRT, known to locals as "the bike path," enhances the quality of life in the Wood River Valley allowing residents and visitors to connect with history and the outdoors through running, biking, walking, and skiing along the trail.

They made plutonium-239 in this blocky building. You can take pictures, try your skill at operating a robotic arm, and act out your own Chernobyl in the main control room.
And don't miss Arco, Idaho's annual "Atomic Days" celebration held each July. It's a blast.

Sunbeam Hot Springs: Just west of Sunbeam off of Hwy 75. The water flows out of the springs at 160 degrees, but there are built pools along the edge of the river to mix river water with the hot water.

Sunbeam Hot Springs
Sunbeam Hot Springs: Just west of Sunbeam off of Hwy 75. The water flows out of the springs at 160 degrees, but there are built pools along the edge of the river to mix river water with the hot water.

Worswick Hot Springs is located north of Fairfield. This Idaho hot spring sits just below the mountains, showing off the most gorgeous views around! Mineral water flows out at about 150 degrees.

Also has the best $5 personal pizzas of any gas station I've tried (they actually make them in-house). Breakfast burritos aren't bad either (but not as good as Coffee Corner's).
About a 2-minute drive from the apartment.
