We’ve been baking bread this old-fashioned way since 1998 and selling our bread and other baked goods at local farmers’ markets since 2006. In 2009, we built our 4th brick oven and opened a bakery & café in Umpqua!

Head east on Diamond Lake Blvd. and you'll enter into this wonderland. However, be prepared, there are sections along the highway where you will see the devastating impact of the fires from 2 years ago. Importantly, you will also notice the green growth that has returned.
