It can be a little tricky to find, but promise it's worth the effort. The Cookshak may just look like a stand located behind the Elk's lodge with some picnic tables in a courtyard -- but the sandwiches are fantastic! A great lunch spot.

The very beginning and very top of the hike are the most challenging and steep, but you'll get some beautiful views of the lake at the top! Parking is the only tough part as people line up their cars on the sides of the street.
