This is a beautiful little park, close to the farm!!! It is a quiet, gorgeous public swimming spot that is perfect for children or adults. There are also hiking trails and picnic spots! There are waterfalls that are gorgeous, you can even sit under them!

Sightseeing
There are several shows throughout the summer into the fall. I have personally been to The Blades Of Glory Show! It was amazing! There are several sword fighting styles demonstrated, that was so incredible! The artisans demonstrate blacksmithing, making chainmail, there is a falconry exhibit and demonstration that you can particupate in, and also there are amazing reptiles on display! There are musicians, dancers, merchants selling their wares! It is a complete Medievil show that will amaze and impress you!

Hastings has a hometown atmosphere with a world class waterway. Enjoy boating, sailing, waterskiing, swimming and fishing!
As you cross the suspension bridge and you look down through the open metalwork you will see the Trent River, if you look north you'll see Ranney Falls. As you leave the bridge on the east side you will enter Ferris Park. you might like to go hiking there or rent a kayak. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the day!

The music making is therefore in grateful recognition and appreciation of our Michi Saagiig friends whose music has filled these lands for generations.
The barn holds 400 and has state of the art acoustics. From June to September the massive doors roll open to allow the music to flow over the meadows.

Golf and Fishing!
Fishing and Golfing are huge in this area! For the fishetmen there are many boat launches on several different lakes and rivers in Hastings, Warkworth and Campbellford.
And for the golfers there are many different golf courses, all beautiful with rolling hills, ponds and forests.
Set in the beautiful Northumberland Hills this little village boasts being nominated The Ultimate Fishing Village! It is the most popular destination for families and sport fishermen in Ontario! It is located at the mouth of Rice Lake and Lock 18 on the Trent Severn. There are 10 species of fish in the area.
Hastings is the only place in Ontario that allows you to fish from a roadway bridge! If fishing from a quieter location suits you better you may climb down the stairs beside the Lock 18 bridge and fish from a beautiful grassy parklike setting. Bring a picnic, enjoy the view and enjoy the day! When you are finished fishing explore the quaint and interesting boutiques in Hastings. The restaurants in Hastings are amazing! The food is delicious, waitresses are friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable! And there are quite a variety of restaurants! If you are finished fishing near Campbellford, either at Percy Boom or Bradley Bay, you may like to head into town and you can wander through the unique stores and there are also lots of incredible restaurants! If you are looking for Brown or Brook Trout, Mill Creek in Warkworth is the spot! And Warkworth is a beautiful village set back in time but at the same time it has a hint of modern. It is a charming village that you will want to go back to!
