Nice place to get some delicious food. Highly recommend the Malala burger for an interesting experience.

Lovely bar around the corner. Was a local store for generations that sadly had to shut its doors. However, three local boys asked to use the name and run a bar in their honour. Make sure not to get here too late as the place fills up quickly!

Start at the top of the park (Myraløkka) and follow the industrial river down to the heart of Oslo. You can also take the 54bus and start at the top of the river (Maridalsvannet- where the tap water is from). It’s a lovely and relaxing walk where you forget you’re in the city. Stop and have a coffee while you walk between historical buildings. It is a local favorite on sunny days so might be “crowded” Saturday/Sunday.
