Sightseeing
The highest point in Lyon, with the greatest view of the city (even of Mont Blanc!), is a great way to start your day. We recommend the short metro ride up & walking down the hill through Vieux Lyon.

The museum sits on Place des Terreaux, our favorite place to grab a midday coffee or glass of wine. The museum is good, but the highlight is the fountained terrace outside. Perfect for peoplewatching!

Any traveler in Lyon MUST eat at a "bouchon" (a restaurant that serves traditional Lyon food). Most of the bouchons on Rue Mercière or Rue des Marronniers are good but Le Musée is one we love!
