Filipino food in Mount Pleasant, Utah. For real. I haven't had much Filipino food in my life, so I can't compare this to much. But I know what I like, and this was pretty good. Portions were right and the price was definitely affordable. Plus the mother and daughter were both kind and we chatted them up pretty good for a while to get their story.

This is the best pizza by far in all of Sanpete! If youre looking for the best pie then you found the spot. Yeah they are mostly kids working but as long as they can make a pizza I'll cut them some slack. And if the consistency is the same. It's just good pizza. They'll make it how you want even if it's off menu.

A nice, hometown grocery store that has a lot more than you would expect. (Just not a liquor selection. This is Utah, folks.) Make sure you get the raspberry or orange rolls. They are great!

They play one movie a week, usually a popular one and switch out on Fridays. Their burgers are surprisingly good. But make sure you get there early. The good spots tend to go fast.

Whenever I visit Sanpete county on business, I like to hike in Maple Canyon. I enjoy the solitude (usually meet only one or two people) and the narrow feeling of the canyon walls. It is shady most of the hike, but at the top the trail breaks out and the views are absolutely spectacular, especially in the fall. Bring your camera for sure.

This Museum is probably one of the best for a small town anywhere in the US. If you want to see and learn about anything from Dinosaurs to Arrow Heads to Art. Don't pass it up!
