Excellent food (either for one or to have share plates in a group), tasty home made ice-creams, refreshing drinks, friendly down to earth staff. Try the Mantu steamed dumplings stuffed with carrot and sautéed onion, topped with a mince sauce and garlic yoghurt. Delicious, I can eat a whole bowl of them on my own! BYO alcohol though I do recommend the house made rose drink with basil seeds in it. Yummy.

My favourites are the Bangladeshi slow cooked meatballs and the avocado and feta toast topped with almonds. The complimentary fruity water is a bonus - they usually infuse the water with cucumber, mint, apple and other things - much better than plain old tap water.

I love their cottage cheese doughnuts - they have a hint of lemon zest. Good place for coffee and they make their own breads including pizzas that you can eat in or take home.

Entertainment & Activities
If it is raining or too hot or cold this is the best place to bring the kids (and yourself). Cheaper rates for group bookings but on average about $17 a jump (about one hour). Trust me, one hour of bouncing gets lots of energy out of small ones. Just don't imagine you are ten years old again before trying that backflip you used to do....but do feel like a kid again and dive straight into the puffy cushions at the end of a long trampoline - excellent fun and you really can't hurt yourself. Extra fun is the dodge ball, tight rope and basketball. If you aren't game to jump yourself you will still have fun watching some of the expert staff or regulars showing off their tricks.

West Beach is a great place to walk on the beach without all the crowd like at Glenelg. connected to local bike paths, great spot to relax. Easy parking and cafes and restaurants all close by. Try the local surf lifesaving club for a meal.

This is where I come for my main shop (Coles) - easy parking and the bonus is you can pop into Kmart for any essentials that you might need in the one stop. There is also a newsagent, pharmacy, Cibo cafe (very good coffee), Baker's delight (try the apricot and walnut log), a Mexican joint, Asian stir-fry place and a few other little eateries.

I've heard this place is an inexpensive car hire establishment, and hassle free too. Not too far from Adelaide airport (5 min taxi ride).
