The personal service is brilliant and the atmosphere make it the perfect local dining venue. Live music on Friday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes in the bar of the hotel. It's there if you want it, although it does not interfere with your dining experience.

Parks & Nature
Great cycle route that takes you from our cottage all the way to Blean Woods and on to Canterbury, if you are up for the challenge. Approx 1.5 hrs. Park area is lovely where you can stop for a picnic, and just enjoy your surroundings in the beautiful countryside. Cycle hire in Sydenham Street, 2 mins walk from our cottage.

If you don't drive you can use the local train station which connects to South Coast including Broadstairs or a direct service up to London.
