Sit back and relax in this 1 room stylish cedar cabin. Sip coffee on the covered porch and take in the beautiful sunrise from your lakefront view surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

The Country Life

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . The property sits roughly on 50 acres . It has a big back porch to sit out on with a beautiful view . You are surrounded by nature . At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. Toledo Bend Hawthorne Fish & Fun Guesthouse #2

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful guesthouse. The guest house can sleep up to 3 people. We have all the amenities necessary for a weekend getaway. There is a Keurig coffee pot and we provide coffee and creamer. There is a small fridge stocked with waters. A BBQ pit outside for grilling. Inside we do provide a small hotplate and microwave. There is a fish cleaning station and a floating dock. The Community boat launch is 200 yards away.

The Ledo Hideaway is a custom built cozy cabin tucked away in large trees to provide the ultimate privacy offering views of the mesmerizing sunsets that Toledo Bend is well known for. There's a pier that leads out to the lake where boats can be tied up and a private boat launch with the Sabine Civic Club just one block over. This cabin also offers an outdoor cooking area with a sink for cleaning the catch of the day.
