A super-king size bed, sea-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen and log burning stove will ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

Our self contained bedsit annex is ideally situated close to the harbour and local beach (300 meters away). It's ideal for a couple who want a convenient location, with free parking, good restaurants and pubs nearby. St.Mawes has local shops, two bakeries, a deli, seafood on the harbour, boutiques and amenities. It has easy links to Falmouth by foot ferry (weather dependent) and by car on the King Harry Ferry.
