It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.
