Beautiful 750 sq. ft. in-law apartment set up in a very efficient setting with open living space and Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Space is very open with cathedral ceilings and sky-lighting. Apartment has it's own separate entrance and dedicated parking space. The apartment has fast, secure wi-fi and is set-up perfectly for traveling professionals. This tiny houseboat sits permanently on a boat lift, so you will have the unique experience of being over water without the risk of sea sickness! Located in the heart of quaint Solomons Island, this is a great stay if you love being near the water. Unparalleled views from your private porch. Please note, due to extensive pet damage we have changed this property to strictly no animals. You will be asked to leave if you arrive with a pet.

This studio apartment is in walking or driving distance to three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet. The living room has a pull out full size bed and a kitchenette. Coffee, teas, beach chairs, are provided. Wanna fish??? Ask Joey about Fish Taxi! Fifteen minutes from Solomons Island (home of the Tiki Bar). An hour or so from DC, Annapolis and Waldorf.
