While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers.
