St Winnow campsite is a back to basics campsite located within an apple orchard right on the banks of the River Fowey. Its part of a working farm and boat yard where camper numbers are kept low to maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the campsite. Its 3 miles from Lostwithiel which has all the local amenities you may need.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. A cosy roundhouse made almost entirely of upcycled materials. We live in the hamlet of Redlake, which is halfway along the road from Lostwithiel to Lerryn. The roundhouse is in its own little paddock with horsebox bathroom with compost toilet, large shower and washbasin, there is also a small outside kitchen. Little Lea is a cosy, newly renovated studio apartment, with a mezzanine level double bed, compact kitchenette, bathroom with shower and free parking. A 7-8 minute walk down the hill will get you to the centre of the historical town of Lostwithiel where there are a variety of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket and the beautiful River Fowey. Lostwithiel Railway Station is a 5 minute walk, and is on the mainline from London to Penzance.
