Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday.
