Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor.
