We just gave this cute mountain home a brand new face lift. It's light filled and lovely with new everything inside. It's especially beautiful and cozy in winter, and of course summer is spectacular. There is a full kitchen, laundry, and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the master. The master bed is king size. The bunkroom has two nice, sturdy full-size bunkbeds, so can technically sleep 8, because there are 4 double beds. The living room has a big couch, TV and fire place.

Walk to the river to fish. Light-filled great room has a view of Bald Mountain. Sleeps up to 6 if you're adventurous & use the Sheep Camp. Our fully-stocked kitchen will please the home chef. Working remotely? Enjoy 3 desks & multiple flexible work areas. Our comfortable home is minutes from the bike path, bus stops, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodge, golf, hiking, and mid-way between Sun Valley's Warm Springs & River Run ski lodges. Off-street parking, plus room on street for RV in summer.

The Country Cottage

This adorable Country Cottage is cozy and tidy, in a peaceful rural setting near Weiser, ID. Many windows for plenty of natural light, and comfy bed. The kitchen is set up with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Attached garage for indoor parking, plus plenty of driveway parking. Extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Laundry room in the basement, plus an additional bed in the basement and air mattress. The basement does not meet fire code egress windows, so please use at your discretion.

Payette River Cottage - On River/Awesome Views!

Recently built, 2 bed/1 bath house. Sleeps 6. Very close to river, awesome views and quiet. Lots of wildlife. Back patio with propane BBQ and gas firepit. Kitchen well stocked. Shared river access with owners, great for swimming and private rafters/kayakers. Owners are close by for any concerns. Nearby activities: White water rafting/kayaking, zipline, hiking, fishing, off road trails for ATV/UTV close by, etc. Horseshoe Bend has restaurants, small grocery stores, farm stand and shopping.

Our modern farmhouse-style cabin is nestled in the pines on the west side of Cascade Lake, for a peaceful, private Idaho mountain experience. Unplug and unwind by the firepit, listening to the heavenly sounds of the year-round mountain creek and crackling fire. 3 bed/2 bath has king, 2 queens, and full pull out couch. Modern kitchen, living, and laundry room. Myrne Lane is across from Buttercup boat ramp, 1 mile from Tamarack Resort entrance. Lots of parking for your vehicles, UTVs, trailers!

Secluded Riverside Sanctuary: MT

The Tailwater House offers first class accommodations in an unmatched natural setting. No dwellings are visible from the Tailwater; it is extremely private. The Tailwater offers all modern comforts. Please note, the state of MT charges a 8% bed tax which will be added to the total rental fee. We also charge a $150 cleaning fee. There is no WiFi, and there is no cable TV. There is a small flat screen TV and DVD player and a large selection of movies. There are a lot of books and games too.

Located about 15 minutes from downhill skiing at Lost Trail Powder Mountain and the fabulous groomed trails at Chief Joseph Pass cross country ski area. Fishing on the East Fork of the Bitterroot River is accessible just outside the entrance of the property.
