Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

Built in 2013, our studio apartment is 1,100 square feet & includes a full kitchen, dining area, spacious bathroom w/ shower, queen size bed w/ deluxe comfort foam mattress & additional deluxe air mattress, 2 huge Smart TVs w/ DirectTV, surround sound system, & WiFi. Our kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. Nearby you'll find shopping, restaurants, & freeway access. Come see why we have all five reviews!

Damon's Hideaway

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. It's our wish that you thoroughly enjoy your experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any thoughts or concerns.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!
