Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
