Cabin on the River

Get back to nature in our one room cabin with lots of comfort. Located next to the famous Regency Bridge the States last functioning swinging bridge. There is a small private RV park nearby that rents out an small camper which would allow you to have more guests come and stay next door. The river is on the property with steps down to the water perfect for kayaking or fishing. When the water level is down hiking the river bed is a great time. We do have 2 paddle boards available to rent as well.

Charming Historic Central Texas Cottage

Situated on a large lot with mature trees, the home is two blocks from downtown San Saba and boasts over 2,700 square feet, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a large kitchen, covered porches, and dedicated work space with high speed internet. There is a large circle drive or street space available for those who need trailer/equipment parking. The home was built in 1877 for John Guion, who served as San Saba county judge and was president of the Texas A&M board of directors from 1914-1918.

Key House

The Key House is minutes from downtown Goldthwaite, close to all the area attractions. There are historical sites, wineries and hunting nearby. It is close to the Regency "Swinging" Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. This renovated cottage style home offers one cozy bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room as well. Baby items available upon request. Dogs welcome. Discounts available for stays a week or longer. Low cleaning fees!

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our northern Hill Country family ranch. You’ll be staying in a small home at our ranch headquarters across the drive from our home . The house has a huge porch perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the quiet, wildlife, and beautiful skies. We keep it dark (Bortle Scale Class 2) so the stargazing opportunities are excellent as are the bird and butterfly watching.

587 Ranch has a million dollar view. The cabin is set on a hill overlooking the 5,328 acre Colorado Bend State Park. The ranch is 587 acres and covered in wildlife. We have 7 wildlife viewing stands where we also feed the animals. Note: Advance day pass and camping reservations are required for the State Park. Super small but cute camper to stay a few nights. Right next to historic Regency Bridge and right on the Colorado River, where you can kayak, fish, tube and all the things. [When conditions allow.] Stargazing is incredible here, and sunsets from the bridge are always lovely. Bathroom with shower is a 1 minute walk. Water access is a 1 minute walk. Quiet, secluded spot.
