Great place to utilize Saddleback skin trails. Come in the spring/summer for hiking the AT, biking & access to Trophy rivers for native brook trout fly fishing or Fall for unbelievable fall colors.

Sunnyside is the perfect getaway for the family, a group of friends, or couples looking for peace and quiet. In the winter, come enjoy easy access to Sunday River, (20 minutes drive) Black Mountain, ( 7 minutes drive) and Mount Abram -30 minute. In the summer swimming (Ellis Pond, Roxbury Pond) for hikers, Whitecap Mountain Preserve. The trail is great for camping and hiking! Fall foliage is a stunning spectacle. This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.
