Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

Included is a brand new second sleeping cabin with bedroom, bathroom and covered deck nestled in the forest 150 feet away from the main cabin.

Savary Island- high bank water front Savary Shores

A cute rustic 2 bedroom cabin with full kitchen, full bathroom with tub, outdoor shower, deck. It is waterfront high bank view and access to beach is only 5 -10 min walk. You cannot beat the view. You will share the property with the owners cabin and both are very private from each other. The General store is a 8 min walk, Hacienda is 2 min walk and beach is 10 -15 min walk You will need to bring your own towels but I provide the bedding.
