Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring one queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
