Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

‘Haus House’ Studio close to the Lake

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. This guest suite has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, on the second floor, nestled in a canopy of oak trees. Located in the Anderson Mill area of northwest Austin, we are 20 minutes from downtown, close to Lakeline Mall, the Austin Aquarium, a 10 minute drive to Lake Travis, less than 10 minutes to the Arboretum, and iFly and Main Event are only an exit away. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses.
