There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

Visit a cozy lakeside cabin at the Seneca Treehouse Project. It is a 550-square-foot handcrafted studio apartment with a king bed, futon, and blowup twin. Check out our garden & food forest across the street from the cabin. Take a picnic and enjoy the lake. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, inspiring, and educational experience. Amazing Lake Living at our Cottage on Lake Hartwell! Our home can sleep 8 comfortably. Mornings are best spent on either front deck or screened in back deck, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in our covered slip or using our Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Board! Slow down in the evening with a game of foosball, air hockey, watching TV, or the sunset!. Great place to relax in wooded setting.
