A beautiful, private 1 bedroom apartment accomodation in a quiet bushland area, only 800m to the RACV Golf Course & 5min drive to town. The apartment is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance, carport, porch area and courtyard. We can sleep up to 4 adults with the queen sized bed (in bedroom) and sofabed (in lounge room), a port-a-cot is available on request if you have a baby/infant (please byo bedding/blankets for child).

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The flat/apartment is self contained and is separated from our house by a double brick and insulated wall. It has a private courtyard with table and chairs. My place is close to Bus routes to city and shops. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, supermarket. Bush walking trails, Yarra river, great views. You’ll love my place because of the location.
