This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

Extra bedding will be provided for reservations of 3 people to make up the sofa.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

The Black Rabbit Cottage is conveniently-located for enjoying everything from foodie and tourist favorites, to local nature and day trip adventures. And with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and serene bedroom, it’s the perfect space to return to after a day of exploring the city.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
