Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Apartment is above garage in the historic district of Sycamore. Private laundry room is available to guests and free of charge. If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

Nestled in the middle of a great neighborhood, you'll feel safe and be able to enjoy a quick getaway or an extended stay. If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!

This cozy house is set in a quiet and safe neighborhood in DeKalb IL, it has plenty of sunlight, comfortable furniture, high speed internet and TV., your pet will love our big back yard!, there is a park across the street and trails at walking distance. We are five minutes away from NIU and downtown DeKalb, and also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee.
