Close to tourist route. 15 mins to Denmark 20 mins to lights beach , greens pools, elephant rocks . Walking ,cycling tracks nearby. The cottage is an airy light 2bed ,2 bath ,lots of space inside and a veranda to enjoy outside . Wood fire for winter nights. Fenced yard at the back for the dog , dogs can walk on the property but must always be under control. Wonderful year round getaway.

Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

It is located a 4 minute drive to ocean beach, 6 minute drive to town and right on the Bibbulmun Track. It is a simple and comfortable studio best suited for couples with everything you need to relax and unwind.
