Our bright and cheerful suite is one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided together with coffee, fresh cream We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.

We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. The room has a double bed with a pull out couch and extra bedding if needed. Brought a bottle of wine? Pop it in the mini fridge! The coffee maker is ready for your peaceful morning. Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.
