Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. This is my second listing on my property. The Loft space is quite sizable, 750 sf, with an all open floor plan. Property built 100 years ago...and as they say, they're just not built like this anymore! It is bright and cheery by day, and private by night. The "Loft” space has a funky city vibe with the open floor plan. CHARMING!

The Hen House

This 26 foot long tiny home has all you need for a cozy trip away whether it be for business or pleasure. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a half dozen of our very own eggs! There is a smart tv located in the living area with a small dining table as well. The loft hosts a queen size bed perfect for two. The bathroom has a full-sized shower and tub. There is air conditioning and heat via a mini-split.

Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. Fireplace This cabin has its own private fire pit. *Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. **No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

We are right in the heart of historic Marietta, PA. Enjoy the historic architecture of an old train town and unique and vibrant bars/restaurants that Marietta has to offer. Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.
