Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Private Beachfront Oasis

**Please note property description regarding guest numbers (specifically seperate cottage & house use)** @watersedgephillipisland Our oasis is a quiet gem nestled among century old Manuka trees boasting some of the best sunset views on Phillip Island. A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Baydream Believer

Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach and lovely Silverleaves Café! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Inside decor has holiday and beach feel galore, while the fireplace will keep you cosy and comfortable in winter. The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.

Silverleaves Beach House

Smart TV WiFi. Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property.
