The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
