Baker's Store sits among miners’ cottages in the beautiful village of Breage. Entirely self-contained, the space is small but perfectly formed, with a cosy wood-burning stove. Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Used regularly by our family so has games, books etc. Large upstairs open-plan room with beamed ceiling, 2 sofabeds, TV, desk, dining table and kitchen inc dishwasher. 'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

The Pinewood Cabin gives a camping experience with the comforts of home. The cabin has been decorated using recycled products and mismatched design giving it a comfortable feel, an ideal place to stay for those seeking a more natural setting. Our newly fitted log burner gives a traditional and cosy feel allowing comfortable winter stays. There is also the opportunity to meet our permanent residents of horses, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, pigs and our lovely mule called 'Cookie'.

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
