Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος.
