As you enter from the main deck you immediately find yourself in a large living space with a floor to ceiling fireplace anchored with majestic windows all the way up to the vaulted ceiling. The open floor plan carries you into the eating area/breakfast room and well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a fully stocked game room, as well as lots of bikes and peddle cars.

Nestled along the Aquatong Stream and a 10-minute walk to the center of town, this historic retreat has a true Tuscan feel. Its surroundings provide peace and serenity. The property is adjacent to The Ruins, one of New Hope’s historic structures. The cottage is full of charm, with original fireplaces, antique flooring and picture windows. It is a special place to explore one of the most idyllic small towns, New Hope. Please note, that the narrow staircases are not suitable for everyone.

The cabin is surrounded by trees, a large deck, a beautiful-built in swimming pool, tennis court, fire pit and a pond to watch the wildlife. Come with your family to enjoy the grounds. Come stay for a week but you wont want to leave for a month. Available for short or long term rental. MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD to rent property.
