Little Barn is an intimate hideaway, perfect for couples looking for cosy and characterful accommodation close to beaches and Dartmoor National Park. The one-bedroom barn conversion with wood-burner provides all you need for a romantic retreat. In addition, there’s a glazed chill-out room in a charming, single-storey building next door, which also provides a utility room with full laundry facilities and an additional toilet and shower. There is also a 0.5 acre garden with orchard and picnic spot

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Located on the edge of the pretty village of Landscove, just east of Dartmoor National Park, with a brilliant local pub and tearooms within walking distance and stunning rivers, beaches and historic towns nearby, it has everything you need to relax and recharge.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

This recently refurbished space was designed to provide independently accessed guest accommodation for the main house and is available for the first time to visitors of the area looking for short term stays. Best described as a large ground floor apartment with own front door, kitchen, bed sitting room & shower room. An hotel would call it a deluxe suite

Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away.
