Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

This unique three-level cottage offers a peaceful retreat with a private braai deck, 100 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi, secure undercover parking.
